Darrin Tulley led an effort with a cross-functional organizational health team to help people thrive and succeed with trusted business partners. People stated this as their happy place in this organization. By taking intentional actions to make this a reality, the company experienced a cultural transformation and achieved significant business outcomes across all strategic pillars. This effort created a workplace where employees felt safe, joyful, creative, and actively involved in shaping the culture. As a result, the company’s culture score jumped from the third quartile to the top decile. It was an exciting achievement representing moments and experiences that turned the workplace right-side up so people could thrive and succeed together.
